1. How do I get to the resort? |

We can arrange a private car pick-up at the airport or from anywhere in Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang or Da Lat. Cost is US$90/one way between our resort and Ho Chi Minh City or Nha Trang (by 4 seat car). If your group is large and you need a mini van of 12 seats, cost would be USD 115/one way. For budget concerned Travellers, there are daily tourist buses running between Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang or Da Lat and Phan Thiet. The cost is USD 6/person from HCMC or Nha Trang to Phan Thiet. Another way to get to Phan Thiet from Ho Chi Minh City is to take a train. There is a daily tourist train leaving Ho Chi Minh City at 7h30 and arriving in Phan Thiet around 12h noon time. You will then need a taxi to take you from Phan Thiet to Mui Ne. If you need more information about the daily tourist bus/train, please kindly contact us by email. |

3. How do I make a reservation? |
| |
|
Just go to Rates & Reservation, choose the room type, fill in our booking form and click the Submit button. Alternatively, you can simply write us an email with details of your names, time of your stay, etc. We will get back to you within 24 hours. |

4. Any charges for cancellation? |
| |
|
If received 14 days before date of arrival -- no charge. Otherwise, cost equal to one room night will be charged. |
